"I recently contacted Robin Morton of Morton's Plumbing & Heating to attend to a problem with our domestic gas combi boiler. He came out promptly (the following day), took care and time to identify the probable cause(s) of the problem and carried out the necessary work there and then, having fully explained his diagnosis. He was polite, thoughtful, knowledgable and efficient and even took the trouble to check the day after his visit, that the work had been successful (which it had) before presenting his invoice which was very reasonable.
