     project consultation and project management.

• Consult on system requirements & designs in line with client requirements 

• Provide budget costing & project timeline 

• Liaise with contractors & suppliers for cost information &  material availability

• Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously

• Ensure strong communication between contractors from conception to completion

• Maintain detailed estimate and project files, incl. handover log book, testing reports, material/equipment specifications, warranties, maintenance plans, etc.

• Pricing is a fixed fee dependant on level of involvement required, size of project and/or how many services are to be covered in project management to overview
